Pool Information:The swimming pool is shared by Roudebush Woods and Roudebush Farms. Only residents and their accompanied guests are permitted to use the pool. The schedule for 2008 will not be determined until a month before the pool opens.Remember that as property owners we are all partial owners of the pool facility. As joint owners we must fulfill our obligations to the community. Delinquent HOA dues or restriction violations can lead to pool privileges being revoked. It is all our responsibility to do our part to protect the asset and investment that we have as property owners of Roudebush Woods. All homeowners and their guests should treat the pool facility as if it were in their own back yard. Playground Rules:
