Pilates lessons are offered every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday by Debbie Ballard. The lessons last one hour and the cost is $5.00 per person for each session. All you need is an exercise mat. During the colder months the sessions are being held in a private home in the neighborhood. No need to register, just show up.
