Just to pass along information, There has been a change in the City
regulations concerning the installation of fences. The homeowner will
now be required by City Ordinance to obtain a permit. This is the
responsibility of the homeowner and is not something done by the
Association, nor does the Associations have the right or ability to
acquire or exempt the homeowner from having. It is unknown by the
Association how this will be enforced by the City, nor how the City
