MINUTES FROM ROUDEBUSH WOODS HOA MEETING,
AUGUST 28, 2007


Meeting was called to order by President Steve Everman at
approximately 6:05PM.  There were 4 members present.

Minutes from last month were approved.

Financials- 

  Board members present viewed the delinquency statement Switching
  collection companies was discussed.  Current company is behind on
  collections.

Old Business

  New pool heater placement was discussed.  Steve has met with a few
  of the members and Hank but would like the input of Donna and Bob
  if possible

  Sidewalk repair-Bob contacted city, property owners are responsible
  for sidewalk in front of their home.  Board will take care of having
  sidewalk repaired in front of woods.

  City has been notified to prune trees.

  Replacing tubes for playground-a quote was given but not confirmed
  if for plastic or metal.  Also looking for other bids and warranty
  information

New Business

  Architectural committee forms approved were given to Hank for filing
  and notification to homeowners.  There are now 3 members on the
  architectural committee

  Need to set a date for annual meeting.  We decided on the 23rd of
  October at 6PM.  The 22nd was discussed for backup date.  Steve will
  be getting in touch with the church to set up.  Documentation for
  nominations to be sent out the first of October

  Steve asked about reducing board to 3 members.  Ray suggested making
  it whoever volunteers gets in.
  
  Donna asked about policing and how trouble is handled in other
  communities to Hank and for ideas for rebuilding the relationship
  between homeowners and board.

  Ray asked about #162 and the issue with the satellite dish on
  blocks.  Hank was sure it was turned over to the attorney.

  Mailbox on Roudebush Blvd was smashed by vandals.  Hank to find out
  who home owners contact for mailbox letters and boxes and will email
  out so Bob can put it on the website.
