Minutes for Roudebush Woods HOA Board Meeting

- Call to Order
- Location: Noblesville Public Library
- Time: 6:05 PM
- Members present: Jeff Dornick,
Bob Hackenberg, Robin Fleming, David York, Donna Zenthoefer
- Minutes from last month were approved and are now online at
roudebushwoods.org.
- Preliminary Business
- Election Results
Hank Thompson reported that a total of 53 votes were submitted
by the deadline and that the two people elected were David
York and Jeff Dornick.
- Old Business
- Entrance Landscaping
The water to the sprinklers have been turned off for the
winter and the meters have been removed until the spring.
- Woods Deed
We are still waiting for the woods to be platted and the deed
turned over to us. We will pay $400 for the platting once
this has been accomplished.
- Website Development
It was pointed out that the Helpful Hints section still says
that Waste Management handles our trash and it was requested
that this be updated.
- Sidewalk Daage at 191st St.
The sidewalk on 191st St. has now been repaired by the city.
- Pool Contractor and Facility
The pool has been closed and winterized. DJ Pools has been
paid. However, we are still waiting for the final payment by
Roudebush Farms for their share of the pool expenses.
- Debit Cards
The debit card has been reloaded with $500.
- Budget Review
Hank Thompson presented a preliminary version of the 2009
budget and there was a discussion of what adjustments must be
made to make it balanced. He will send the board a newer
version which will be balanced.
- New Business
- Pool House Repair
The damage to the pool house has been repaired. The company
that caused the damage has been billed for the work.
- Mulching
The mulch for the front entrance and the playground was
delivered and spread by volunteer help.
- Pool Closed
The pool was closed on September 28.
- Roudebush Farms Share of Pool Expenses
We have not received Roudebush Farm's share of the pool
expenses. Hank Thompson is working on it.
- Outstanding bill from DJ Pools
DJ Pools has been paid for the 2008 operation of the pool.
- Roudebush Farms HOA invited to Annual Meeting
Members of the Roudebush Farms HOA had been invited to the
annual meeting but no one attended.
- December Board Meeting
It was decided that the December board meeting would be held
on Monday, December 15. Robin Fleming will contact the
library to secure a meeting room. Once this is done, the
meeting schedule will be updated on the web.
