roudebushwoods.org.
- Architectural Requests
There were no architectural requests this month.
- CASI Management Review
- Write-Off
There was one write-off due to a Sheriff's sale of a house.
The loss to Roudebush Woods is $385.04 in back dues and penalties
and an $80 filing fee. The board voted to accept this write-off.
- Amended Pool Contract
Bauserman adjusted the life-guard portion of the pool contract
to reflect the change in the pool opening schedule. The change
is down to $29,000. The Aquadoc pool maintenance portion of the
whole contract remains at $9,134. The total pool cost for this
year will be $38,134.
- Pool Fence Repair
Awards Fench & Deck gave us a quote of $375 to repair the
damage to the fence
around the pool. This will include replacing a pole, a top bar,
fittings, and fence fabric. The board voted to accept this bid.
- Old Business
- Cattails at Pond
In the next couple of weeks we will coordinate with volunteers
in assembling the equipment and people to remove
the cattails.
- Sign at the Entrance
Most of the materials have been purchased for the message sign that
will be installed near the entrace. We will coordinate with
volunteers to build the sign and install it.
- Yard Lights
We will be sending letters to 15 repeat offenders for having yard
lights out. This is a city ordinance which save us a lot of money
(in the form of dues) by not having to pay for street lights.
- Pool Meeting with Roudebush Farms
We are trying to set up a meeting with the Roudebush Farms board
to discuss plans for the pool. The pool is shared between the
two neighborhoods.
- Irrigation Timer
Testing will be done soon to see if the irrigation timer at the
191st St. entrance is functioning properly. It will be replaced
if it isn't.
- Easter Egg Hunt
Faith Community Church is going to host an Easter Egg Hunt Saturday,
March 27. We transferred $100 to them for expenses.
- Noblesville Neighborhood Network
Roudebush Woods is participating in an organization called the
Noblesville Neighborhood Network. This network was initiated by
the Noblesville Mayor's Office with the idea that all neighborhood
organizations will participate to share expertise in managing
home owners associations. David York and Bob Hackenberg are Roudebush
Woods representatives to this organization.
- New Business
- Umbrellas for the Pool
We have purchased 8 new umbrellas for the pool.
- Pool Packet
The pool packet for the 2010 season needs to be prepared for
distribution.
