roudebushwoods.org.
- Architectural Requests
There were two architectural requests this month.
- Management Report
- Budget Review
We are basically on budget
- Modification of the By-Laws
The By-Laws were voted to be modified to the following:
Article IV
Board of Directors
Section 1. Number and Qualification. Subject to amendment of this
Section, the affairs of the Corporation shall be governed by a Board
of Directors composed of 5 persons. Directors must be members of the
Corporation and must maintain their primary residency in Roudebush
Woods.
The original version specified three board members and did not require
that they own property in the subdivision.
- Old Business
- Pool Repair
American Leak Protection is scheduled to repair the four leaks
in the main pool during the first week of May.
- Cattails in the Pond
We are waiting until the ice melts on the pond to remove the cattails.
- Yard lights
There are 8 houses that have had their yard lights out for at
least three months in a row. They will be sent letters
requesting that they repair them. There were a total of 20 repeat
offenders.
- Collaboration with Roudebush Farms on the Pool
We need to schedule a meeting with the board of Roudebush
Farms to plan the operation of the pool. Their board has
recently taken full control of the HOA.
- Irrigation Timer
We are waiting for warmer weather to inspect the irrigation timer at
the main entrance. It is not working properly but can't be tested
until after the weather stays above freezing.
- New Business
- Easter Egg Hunt
Faith Community Church has volunteered to conduct our Easter
Egg Hunt. We have suggested a date of March 27. We also
voted to contribute $100 to the expenses.
- Mulch for the Playgroun
We started planning to buy mulch for the playground. We will
be checking on prices this year. Last year we had purchased 30
yards of mulch at $26 a yard. It was suggested that we get 35
this year because 30 was not quite enough.
- Fence Post at Pool
A fence post at the pool is breaking away and needs to be
repair. We will check on what the costs will be to repair it.
- Noblesville Consortium of Home Owners Association
The Mayor's Office has been sponsoring a regular meeting of
representatives of the various Home Owners Associations in
Noblesville for the purpose of sharing idea. David York and
Bob Hackenberg are the representatives from Roudebush Woods.
Bob is developing a web site for the group that will have the
data for each participating subdivision listed on it along
with contact information for the various subdivisions. There
is no cost to any of the subdivisions for participating in this.
- Meeting Adjourned
Meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm
