Minutes for Roudebush Woods HOA Board Meeting

- Call to Order
Location: Noblesville Public Library
Time: 6:40 PM
Members present: Robin Fleming, David York, Donna Zenthoefer, Hank Thompson
- Approval of Minutes
Minutes from last month were approved and are now online at
roudebushwoods.org.
There was a discussion of how many board members had to approve
the minutes via email before it was considered approved.
The decision was that at least three board members must send
in an email that they approve.
- Architectural Requests
There were no architectural requests this month.
- Budget Review
We are waiting on payment from Farms for their share of pool expenses.
- Old Business
- Yard Lights
Reported and board policy is being followed
- Pool
quick review of pool meeting (held at 6:00, prior to board meeting)
List given to Bob Anderson to help with the pool activities.
- Cattails in retention pond by the pool
We need to set a date, postponed to next meeting date.

- Sign reuse
Further research needed.
- Playground paint
