Attendance:

All members of the neighborhood are permitted to attend the monthly board meeting. These monthly meetings are to conduct association business and as such, unless the attendees are on the agenda, then they are not permitted to address the board during the meeting. Disruptions from any attendee will be cause to request the person causing the disruption to leave and the board meeting will be recessed until that person does leave.

Requesting to be on the agenda:

1. Requests to address the board are welcome. The board does ask that the request be received at CASI's office at least 14 days prior to the scheduled board meeting.
2. A request does not guarantee placement on the agenda, but every effort will be made to accommodate the request. The requester will be notified when they are placed on the agenda.
3. Please provide the following when making a request:
• Your Name
• Address and/or Lot number
• Topic
• Brief description of topic
• Please limit each request to ONE topic
• Generally, each topic will be allowed 10 minutes to address the board.
